It has just been reported that former WWF star “Iron” Mike Sharpe has passed away over the weekend.

We are sad to report that former WWF star “Iron” Mike Sharpe has eventually kicked the bucket following health complications. He died weekend in Hamilton, Ontario at the age of 64 at his residence.

According to Pwinsider.com, the former WWE Superstar has been struggling with several health issues for a pretty while before the cold hand of death sadly knocked him out of the ring of life.

As much as the death leaves us speechless and awful, we would love to make a note on one significant thing about Sharpe, a second generation talent. Sharpe amongst other things is notable for his long run with the World Wrestling Federation in the 1980s, where he was billed as “Canada’s Greatest Athlete” and was a recurring performer for the company, losing TV and undercard matches on live events.
