Gu Guangming, a signee from WWE’s first ever tryouts in China in 2016, was also let go, according to Wrestling Observer. The 6’8” amateuring boxing standout appeared on a few live events with Kona Reeves under the name “Ming”, but also never appeared on screen.

WWE doesn’t comment on releases from developmental, but Laith and Beckett have both posted to social media with statements that indicate they’re on to the next phases of their lives and careers:
