The WWE World Heavyweight Championship has revolved round the former brethren of the Shield stable that is Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns. Currently the championship belt rest with Dean Ambrose which he won from Seth Rollins at the 2016 WWE Money in the Bank PPV.
It has been revealed that the real match will happen soon on next week’s episode of Monday Night Raw and Dean Ambrose will be defending his title against Seth Rollins and you know what this means, Seth Rollins may take back his belt from the lunatic. And if eventually it happens as we think, it means that Seth Rollins will retain the title at the WWE Battleground.
The WWE Battleground is almost at hand and the Triple Threat Match that has been announced will kick off against the former Shield brethren wrestling for the World Heavyweight Championship title. Seth Rollins is said to retain the title if he win Dean Ambrose on Next Week’s Episode of Monday Night RAW.
More so, reports states that there will be a match up for Roman Reigns against Seth Rollins as planned by the WWE. And if the report is to be believed, the match will be at the WWE SummerSlam event. Well, we all know the trials recently befell the former champion Roman Reigns. Roman Reigns is still under suspension for the violation of the WWE’s wellness policy but even at this, the match up will still move on.
Furthermore, nothing has really been changed in the plans of the WWE which means we expect to see Roman Reigns soon on the scene of the main event undermining the fact that he was suspended for 30 days being his first violation penalty. Next week on RAW will be an eye opener and a forerunner for the Triple Threat match at Battleground.
