Goldberg has finally returned to The WWE and while many fans might think that this is the company’s way of holding fans over until the star studded Royal Rumble in January of next year.
It appears that the former WCW’s return last week on Raw is a sign of things to come before the end of the year. In fact, that’s to the reported rumors spike that Goldberg’s main event promo on Raw sparked, there is now talk of speeding up the feud between Triple H and Seth Rollins and having The Game make his return sometime after The Survivor Series pay per view.
According To The Inquisitor” Goldberg’s return to WWE programming has set WWE on fire, so the powers that be will want to keep his momentum going and utilize his star power for as long as possible. The expectation there is we’ll be seeing Brock Lesnar vs. Goldberg at WWE Survivor Series.
After that, Triple H will likely be returning to Raw, and the feud with Seth Rollins will pick up steam as the WWE Royal Rumble PPV draws closer.” Unfortunately for The WWE Universe, this means two things. 1, Seth Rollins will not be taking The Universal title from Kevin Owens, and two, there is no definite date of when this will all take place.
With that being said, it isn’t out of the realm of possibilities that Triple H will return at Survivor Series and run some kind of interference between Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens to help Owens keep his title.
Triple H could then make an appearance the next night on Raw and finally explain his actions two months ago during the fatal four way Universal title match. The only problem with this is that it leaves the upcoming TLC pay per view title match shrouded in mystery. Sure, Triple H could stand in Owen’s corner and cost Rollins the title once again, but what would that really do for either man storyline wise.
What do you think? Should WWE have Triple H return right after Survivor Series, or wait a little while longer? Let us know in the comments below and tell us how excited you are to finally see Triple H return!
