AJ Styles is the No.1 contender for the WWE World Heavyweight he was debuted at WWE Royal Rumble 2016. There are many wrestlers who is no more functioning due to injury and it seems that AJ Styles has gone to meet them.
Styles who was supposed to face Roman Reigns at Payback, was in action with Albert Del Rio at the recent SmackDown. Fans stated that the match was in favor of RIO who slashed Styles and he landed with his head on the ground and sustained a neck injury.

According to dailywrestlingnews.com, AJ Styles landed with his head so badly. Though AJ finally won the match in a roll up but his neck got injured. Styles sustained a very serious neck injury which may keep him off ring for some time.
AJ Styles is in great pain but we hope he recover soon.
