Sources reveal that Former WWE Superstar Alberto El Patron Known by the ring name Alberto Del Rio is currently under the police investigation for alleged domestic violence. According to sources, the alleged incident took place at Florida airport and Orlando police department were alerted.

Alberto Del Rio was spotted physically abusing a lady at the airport. Witnesses confirmed that the WWE superstar and the woman, whose identity has not yet been confirmed was seen having an argument which resulted into physical harassment.

The law enforcement agency has confirmed tat Alberto Del Rio was not arrested and no charges filled against him yet but investigation is however in progress. Witnesses also reported that WWE Diva Paige was indeed present in the airport. Although it has not been confirmed, sources believe that the victim of this assault may be Paige.

The official statement from the Orlando Police Department Reads

“There was an incident at Orlando International Airport at about 3 p.m. Sunday involving Jose Rodriguez (DOB 5/25/1977) The reported incident was a domestic violence battery, and it is still under investigation. No arrests have been made as of this time, but the case remains open. That is all the information we have for release at this time.”
