CM Current Status With The WWE Comfirmed

CM Punk’s release from AEW sparked rumors of his possible return to WWE. Although official reports have consistently denied ongoing negotiations between CM Punk and WWE, some fans are holding out hope every week.

WWE executives recently commented on whether the company is trying to erase CM Punk’s legacy.

They are continuing business as usual without him and there is no sign of them bringing him back.

Sean Sapp said behind the Fightful paywall that there will be no talks between CM Punk and WWE until November 20th. CM Punk chants could be heard at WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia.

“As of last night, we’re told WWE’s stance hadn’t changed on CM Punk at Survivor Series.”

CM Punk chants were heard during the RAW match between Shinsuke Nakamura and Akira Tozawa.

However, WWE realizes that fans want CM Punk. That doesn’t mean WWE is close to signing CM Punk to a new contract.

To be clear, Wrestling News plus also exclusively reported that WWE’s stance on CM Punk’s return is unlikely to change although fans will be hoping to see him at the event.

That probably won’t stop the fans in Chicago at Survivor Series from screaming his name a few times.
