Kimber Lee made serious allegations of abuse against Nash Carter before his release last year.

She received backlash from fans who claimed she was the victim of abuse aimed at ruining Carter’s career.

She would eventually part ways with WWE and now faces a pre-trial hearing following her drunk driving arrest this year.

As previously reported, Kimber Lee was arrested on May 11 and charged with driving under the influence, resisting violence against a police officer, and assaulting a law enforcement officer.

According to PWInsider, Kimber Lee is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on October 24 in Highlands District Court following the aforementioned drunk driver arrest.

In the police report on the incident, Officer P.J. Roberts noted that the gray Kis Soul was traveling in the wrong direction and stopped in the northbound lane on May 11.

The vehicle then reportedly crossed the lane onto the paved shoulder and “nearly collided.” touching the railing surface”.

After a violent chase, the officer located Kimber Lee and described her as having “bloodshot, watery eyes and difficulty speaking.”

After more trouble, Roberts said Kimber Lee tried “multiple times” to leave the area.

The officer then tried to handcuff her when she punched him in the chest to stop him. He arrested her for assault and put the remaining handcuffs on her. She resisted violently and eventually injured the police officer.

She was obviously very drunk. After her arrest, her breath test results showed a sample result of 0.140, while the legal limit in the state of Florida is 0.08.

She pleaded not guilty to all charges on July 7 and waived her right to a speedy trial because she could not afford a lawyer.

The charges of resisting an officer as well as aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer are third-degree felonies and both carry a maximum prison sentence of five years each.

Kimber Lee last wrestled last October and although she was active on social media following her arrest, Lee did not mention the arrest.

It remains to be seen whether she will end up behind bars, as serious charges weigh heavily on her.
