Hulk Hogan Lied About WrestleMania Plans For His Son

Hulk Hogan is known for many things, including his dual career in the WWE Hall of Fame. He is also known to talk a lot and sometimes tends to stretch the truth a bit.

In a recent interview with Chris Van Vliet, Hulk Hogan said that Nick Hogan is being considered for a wrestling match or involvement with Shane McMahon at WrestleMania 39.

Hogan shared that Shane McMahon reached out to him about a potential WrestleMania angle, which also included the possibility of Nick Hogan getting involved.

Sean Sapp went behind the Fightful paywall to say that Nick Hogan never had any real plans to make any cameos at WrestleMania. A source close to the company explicitly denied that this was untrue.

“In no way is that true. I can’t think of a time in the last 13 or 14 years that Nick Hogan’s name was brought up at all, much less in a creative capacity.

There has never been a serious conversation about him being involved in anything that I can think of.

Even when Hulk would mention him being involved in things, there just wasn’t an interest or a benefit to that.”

In case you need a refresher, Hulk Hogan claims he talked to Shane McMahon about Nick Hogan facing him as a “replacement” in a WrestleMania match.

Hogan later claimed the conversation was quickly broken off, but it appears those discussions never took place.

Hulk Hogan is under contract with WWE Legends and he is having the time of his life. He also spends a lot of time on his beach Hangouts.

Only time will tell if Hulk Hogan makes another WrestleMania appearance, but it wouldn’t be a good idea to put money down on Nick Hogan taking his place.
