Johnny Gargano Opens Up On CM Punk’s Rumored WWE Return

CM Punk remains one of the most controversial professional wrestlers in the industry, always making headlines no matter what he does.

There has been speculation that he will return to WWE after leaving AEW. Johnny Gargano is now supporting the punk return.

Over the past few months, WWE has referenced CM Punk several times on their shows.

Speculation grew even more after USA Network removed the obvious reference, something like this has already happened several times.

While speaking with Tim at Battleground, Johnny Gargano was asked about Punk’s return to WWE. Gargano said he supports CM Punk’s return because it brings more attention to the product.

“There are so many eyes currently on WWE television. Obviously, every little bit helps. I mentioned how Logan Paul has taken the United States Championship all over the world with him and getting new eyes on the product.

At the end of the day, whatever is going to get more eyes on WWE television, that’s the best move possible. Whoever that may be, whoever they bring in, whatever eyes they bring in. I’m all for it.”

WWE officials also believe there is a possibility that Punk will return to WWE.

WWE Creative has not said anything about CM Punk’s possible return. Only time will tell if he returns to Survivor Series this month.
