Kevin Nash Drops Opinion On Roman Reigns And The Rock’s Bluff

The Rock gained attention when Cody Rhodes temporarily relinquished his WrestleMania 40 spot to him. However, circumstances shifted after the WrestleMania press conference.

The Rock and Roman Reigns are currently working together but Kevin Nash believes Reigns can never suppress The Rock’s superstardom.

Tensions flared at the press event when Cody Rhodes picked Roman Reigns as his WrestleMania 40 opponent, triggering heated verbal exchange.

The Rock responded by delivering a resounding slap to Cody Rhodes, sparking a fiery confrontation.

The Rock and Roman Reigns formed an alliance at the press conference as well. Reigns is set to defend the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against Royal Rumble winner Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 40.

This marks the eighth time in the last 10 years that the Bloodline leader will participate in the main event of WrestleMania.

While speaking on his Kliq This podcast, Kevin Nash recounted how The Rock spontaneously chose to turn heel at WrestleMania 18, influenced by Hulk Hogan’s popularity.

The two-time WWE Hall of Famer also shared why he is more eager to witness The Rock than Reigns and stated that Roman Reigns can’t surpass The Rock’s superstardom.

“People forget how good of a f***ing heel Rock was,” Nash said. “People also forget how quick in Toronto Rock made the adjustment on Hogan when the building made the adjustment with Hulk… I’m sorry, man, and I think Roman’s been a great champion… I think he’s a star. He’s somebody that I would go pay and see, but not as much as Dwayne. He’ll never be Dwayne.”

Roman Reigns and The Rock are scheduled to make appearances on the February 16 episode of SmackDown. We will have to wait and see how their appearance will turn out this week.
