Mercedes Mone Allegedly Set For WWE

Mercedes Mone clearly has some big options. Although She does not have a contract with New Japan Pro Wrestling presently and many fans are wondering if that means she will return to WWE.

Turns out Booker T certainly believes this to be the case.

The 2024 Royal Rumble event will take place on January 27th at Tropicana Field. Only time will tell if Sasha Banks will return to the show, but she has a lot of fans waiting to see her.

Booker T talked about this on the Hall of Fame podcast. The two-time WWE Hall of Famer said Mercedes Mohn is in WWE because it wouldn’t be appropriate to see her anywhere else.

“Whether it’s Mercedes Mone or whether it’s Sasha Banks, to me — remember when you were talking about Jade and when she was in AEW? I love Jade.

I think she’s great, but Jade Cargill has WWE written all over her. What was your terminology? I feel some people just feel right in WWE, some just feel right. And when they go somewhere else, it’s cool.

But it’s like, it just doesn’t feel the same. And for me, Sasha Banks, Mercedes Mone, she is money. She deserves a bag.

As far as I’m concerned, as being one of the preeminent female wrestlers in the last decade. And it feels like she’s WWE-bound. I’m saying it right now.”

Many fans would agree with Booker T on this point. Mercedes Mone has made a lot of noise herself, but her return to WWE could also tell a great story.

When compared to Jade Cargill, it’s clear that Booker T believes she belongs in WWE with Mercedes Mone.

Only time will tell if fans will get to see Sasha Banks return to WWE, but it will definitely be a great home for The Boss.
