The House of Representative at about 12.15p.m on Monday when the house was about to visit the issue of fuel price and just after the prayers Speaker Yakubu Dogara read the proceedings of their previous sittings now when it was time for them to move to receiving the Minister State , Petroleum Resources, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu into the chamber the whole house was filled with the shout of NO! NO! NO!

Ignoring the No! The speaker finished his comment, and he allowed the leader to move the motion but there were reverberating “nay” from the lawmakers most of them from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in rejection of the motion, but the speaker didn’t listen to them as he just rule in the favour of the ‘Yes’ immediately after that Majority Leader, Femi Gbajabiamila quickly moved for the admittance of Dr.Kachikwu.

It really a rowdy session today while some members of the House started waving their flags shouting “all we are saying save Nigeria”. Others were singing ‘Change’ while the PDP Reps. are shouting ‘shame’ ‘Shame’ the Minority Leader, Rep Leo Ogor moved towards the speaker to have a short chat with him and after that he move to join his fellow and also the Majority Leader and some other lawmakers also approached the speaker.

All the while, the singing and shouting continues, all the Majority Whip (Ado Doguwa) appeal to his fellow were all in vein. Suddenly the puffed up atmosphere was reduced and immediately the speaker gave the Minority Leader the floor and immediately moved for the meeting to be a close door.
