Reason For CM Punk’s Absence At The WWE Raw Grand Finalle

CM Punk has been on a roll since returning to WWE at Survivor Series last month, and he’s continued that momentum with frequent appearances at all WWE shows in recent weeks.

He was a featured performer on this week’s RAW, but was unable to finish the show. Now, the reason for that decision has been revealed.

This week’s episode of Monday Night RAW was memorable for a variety of reasons.

This was mainly because CM Punk had a great promo segment with WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins. He even mentioned Mickie James’ name, which we think she appreciated.

On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer talked about why CM Punk didn’t leave the show.

It’s the main event and they wanted a long main event, and that’s the thing they put on last.

They didn’t put Punk’s decision on last which is interesting because Punk’s decision was the #1 thing.

I think that the idea was they knew that even if they put Punk’s decision on last, even though that would hold more viewers better than this match, less viewers would see it.

So they put the Punk decision on at 9 o’clock when they think they would get the highest, it’s usually the high point of the show.

So then everybody to see the Punk decision.”

Ultimately, WWE wanted to make sure as many fans as possible saw Punk’s promo segment, which is why his promo was shown at 9 p.m.

CM Punk has confirmed that he will be appearing on Monday Night RAW in the future.

Punk also made a bombshell about the Royal Rumble on the show. It remains to be seen how Punk will be booked in the coming weeks.
