Revealed: WWE to release more talents in the coming weeks – See big names

According to the Mat Men Pro Wrestling Podcast (who have broken quite a few stories as of late), more WWE releases are expected in the coming weeks.

 

Speaking of yesterday’s releases, the Wrestling Observer is reporting that John Laurinaitis (Head of WWE Talent Relations) sent a text about the 6 wrestlers being released to everyone on the roster, which has never been done before.

The following 6 wrestlers were released from WWE some days ago:

– Braun Strowman

– Aleister Black

– Lana

– Murphy

– Ruby Riott

– Santana Garrett

These releases were made because of “budget cuts”. according to WWE Hall Of Famer Booker T, Strowman’s rumored $1 million+ per year contract most likely played a part in WWE releasing him
