The world lost Terry Funk today and the entire professional wrestling world was saddened by the news.

The professional wrestling world is currently full of memories and mourning voices. Now it seems Ric Flair is drawing even more attention.

Terry Funk meant a lot to a lot of people, but ESPN didn’t honor the funk star the way Ric Flair wanted it.

Instead, ESPN focused on other sports such as soccer. Ric Flair told the sports channel on Twitter that he was not at all happy with today’s show.

He wrote;

“Damn It @espn! Terry Funk Died And As Usual You ’re Talking About Another Football Player Being Arrested Yesterday! SHOCKER! Shame On You!”

On the day the world lost a legend like Terry Funk, Ric Flair wanted more than anything to see a Funk tribute on ESPN.

Terry Funk died at the age of 79. Unfortunately he didn’t live to be 80, but he didn’t also lose his personality until the end.

There’s a lot to be said about Terry Funk today, but unfortunately ESPN is not the place to checkout for this conversation.
