Seth Rollins is committed to pushing his body to its limits every time he steps into the ring.

His workout routine is also quite intense, and recently he proved it with his drop in X-Mas workout.

The visionary is a huge fan of CrossFit. He has made no secret of this and believes that his passion for training has helped him improve in the ring and in many other aspects of life.

Now, he is sharing his Christmas routine with his fans. The WWE World Heavyweight Champion uploaded his 12-day Christmas training routine to Instagram.

This story included a whiteboard with 12 different workouts.

Seth Rollins has listed all 12 of his workout routines, including many to challenge your limits. This includes burpees and everything else you do under the sun.

Rollins was extremely proud of his time of under 28 minutes and 46 seconds.

This is pretty impressive, but you have to understand that Seth Rollins aims to beat his score every time.
