Professional wrestlers can never expect to get injured. And, unfortunately, it can cost you a lot of time in the ring.

Sheamus has been sidelined with a shoulder injury that has kept him sidelined for some time. The fact that his WWE contract expires next year was not lost on the company.

It was previously reported that Sheamus was sidelined with a serious shoulder injury.

The timing of his hiatus is noteworthy, as his contract with WWE is also reportedly set to expire next year. The latest information regarding the return of the Celtic Warrior has arrived.

During a Q&A behind Fightful’s paywall, Sean Sapp said it was “very likely” that Sheamus’ WWE contract would be extended due to the injury.

He did not say when the Brawling Brutes members would return.

As previously mentioned, Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that Sheamus might appear on WWE programming on the November 24th episode of WWE SmackDown, coinciding with the show before the Survivor Series event scheduled for November 25th He was reported to be returning.

We’ll have to see how WWE books Sheamus’ return to the ring. He is a former world champion and has done a lot to do well in WWE. Other than that, it’s not finished yet.

WWE will likely continue with his current contract for a little longer due to this hiatus.

WWE contracts are always interesting, especially when they expire. Few big contracts get done quickly enough, and now you can add Sheamus to the list.

Drew McIntyre’s WWE contract is about to expire, but Sean Sapp also pointed out that things haven’t changed.

Sheamus is good at eliciting a reaction from WWE fans and is known for upsetting Taylor Swift’s Swifties in the past.

Only time will tell what opportunities he will have to continue to excite WWE fans in the future.
