According to a report from PREMIUM TIMES, Mr. Danladi Umar, who was the chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, stated that he would continue with the trial until doubts over organized labour’s strike are resolved.

Questioning of prosecution witness, Michael Wetkas, is continuing today with Paul Usoro, a counsel to Mr. Saraki.

Mr. Saraki is already at the tribunal with his group of lawyers and supporters, Journalists have also returned to the courtroom.

Kanu Agabi, who was the lead defense counsel has not arrived, but after due discussions, the tribunal chairman has said the hearing should be suspended until when Mr. Agabi, who is said to be presently tending to another case in another court, arrives.
