Ric Flair has done it again! WWE’s ‘Backstage’ has had some pretty memorable moments over the years, and unsurprisingly, it’s done it once more. ‘Backstage’ was introduced to give the audience a look into the processes that happen behind the camera and what goes into making an episode of the show.

It does, however, stick to its roots of pure entertainment and takes a jab and some superstars’ personal life once in a while. On this particular occasion, they invited ‘The Nature Boy’ Ric Flair to the show via a Zoom call.

Flair has, unsurprisingly, always had the flair for entertainment, and having him on the show would definitely bring something up. The Nature Boy didn’t disappoint.

Calling out superstar Dolph Ziggler, Flair joked that he would never let his wife loose when Ziggler was around. This obviously wasn’t an immediate comment to trash Ziggler.

The topic of discussion began with Ziggler’s relations with WWE ring announcer Kayla Braxton. An issue that has been turning some heads.

Flair promptly and jokingly advised Kayla to stay away from Ziggler and went on to say that he wouldn’t even let his wife near Ziggler.

The root of this suspicion towards Ziggler was that at Flair’s wedding. He had seen Ziggler and Kayla sneak out of a backroom, and he hadn’t even seen his wife the night before!

Is Flair the ultimate snitch? We can’t hold that against him, can we? Flair even resorted to sign language, making an ‘X’ with his finger while telling Kayla to practice social distancing from Ziggler himself.

With an arsenal of cheap shots towards Ziggler, Flair seems to have made his point and undoubtedly left viewers laughing.

“The Showoff” resembles an early Ric Flair?
There’s been a lot of speculation that “The Showoff” Dolph Ziggler resembles the free spirit of an early “Nature Boy” Ric Flair. More comparisons were sparked when Ziggler took the nickname, ‘The Natural’, which closely resembles ‘Nature Boy’.

Flair responds to this as well on his video chat. He says that Ziggler is smarter and more articulate, whereas the Nature Boy was wide open.

Ric Flair and Dolph Ziggler have shared some light-hearted meetings in the past. Flair may like Ziggler, however, he’s made it abundantly clear that he doesn’t trust him with his wife!
