Tammy Lynch Court Trial Set For Next Week

Tammy Lynn Sytch’s life is full of hills and valleys, but she’s at another low point right now.

She’s set to appear in court on a charge of manslaughter while in an impaired driving, and court will arrive ahead of time for the WWE Hall of Famer.

PW Insider reports that Sunny will appear in court next week on a series of charges stemming from a tragic incident that took place in March 2022.

The charges include one count of impaired driving causing death (attenuated manslaughter), which is classified as a third-degree felony, as well as a count of causing death while driving a vehicle with a suspension or revocation of a driver’s license, also a third-degree felony .

Tammy Lynn Sytch faces four counts of impaired driving causing bodily injury and three counts of impaired driving causing property damage, all involving the same an incident that resulted in the death of 75-year-old Julian Lasseter in a traffic accident in Ormond Beach, Florida.

Of these charges, manslaughter while driving while impaired is the most serious, which is a felony in the state of Florida.

If convicted, Sytch could potentially face a maximum prison sentence of 30 years, with a mandatory minimum sentence of four years, as well as a fine of up to $10,000.
