A bizarre lawsuit filed in June against Vince McMahon and WWE in the U.S District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania by an incarcerated person named Dana W. Wiley is scheduled to be dismissed on December 13, according to PWInsider.

Wiley alleges in his lawsuit that McMahon discriminated against him after Wiley was arrested and charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer on October 22, 2022, in New Castle, Pennsylvania.
