Vince McMahon Angry: WWE Boss FINALLY Releasing Five WWE Superstars From The Company After Money In The Banks — See Names

If recent happenings are anything to go by, WWE’s locker-room isn’t exactly a happy, harmonious place at the moment.
Barely a week passes without a new performer voicing their discontent. Sasha Banks, Luke Harper, and Lio Rush have been removed from television after trying to quit.
The Revival are currently being humiliated on Raw, while Tye Dillinger, Hideo Itami, TJP, and Dean Ambrose were lucky enough to escape. Lars Sullivan, Rhyno, Mickie James and Alicia Fox have been dissatisfied with the company have have said as much.
That’s a lot of names, and there might be more to come. Per Dave Meltzer in this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there are “many” wrestlers in WWE’s “unhappy middle” that are yet to go public with their stories, which suggests the promotion’s year of backstage turmoil is far from over.
Meltzer notes that Vince McMahon came up with WWE’s new Wild Card Rule to allow his biggest stars to work both Raw and SmackDown, creating more depth at the top of the card. This means less opportunities for this in said “unhappy middle,” which could lead to even more stories of upset wrestlers, and more fires for WWE to stomp out as 2019 progresses.
It’ll be interesting to see who, if anyone, is next to join Banks & co. on the unhappy list.
