The wrestling world has been shaken by the shocking news of Bray Wyatt’s sudden death at the age of 36.

The death of the former Universal Champion left the wrestling world saddened by a flood of moving tributes in his memory.

On this week’s episode of SmackDown, WWE paid tribute to Bray Wyatt with an inspiring video package celebrating his incredible life and his illustrious career.

Some of his colleagues even got tattoos in his honor.

In Sportskeda’s Writing with Russo, the original author shows how Bray Wyatt embraced the darker side of his on-screen characters so deeply that he was able to portray his character with a surprising degree of verisimilitude.

Russo went on to say that Bray Wyatt opened up about his depression in a DM.

“But with that, the dark place Bray Wyatt had the pull this character from, there had to be some darkness there.

There had to be something within him. I did get to exchange a couple of DMs with him.

I know there was depression, I know he was dealing with a lot of emotional issues, and I would read and hear things about him.”

“So occasionally, I would drop a DM to lift this guy’s spirits up, telling him just how incredibly talented he was and everything is gonna be okay.

But for him to channel these characters and the evil in these characters, I’m sure bro there were demons deep inside.”

Bray Wyatt’s death is still incredibly sad, but he was also a very complicated man. All of this was his creative genius and he was loved for it.

WWE Plans Double Tribute For Bray Wyatt And Terry Funk

Hopefully his memory will never fade and WWE will continue to honor him. Because they should never stop.

Vince Russo claims he linked up with Bray Wyatt in the DMs and he met the real Wyndham Rotunda. Unfortunately, Wyatt’s career was cut short at this point.
