Wrestling legend Bobby Eaton Hospitalised with a heart issue

Wrestling legend Bobby Eaton, who is perhaps best known for his spells in the Midnight Express and the Dangerous Alliance, has been hospitalised with a heart issue.

“Beautiful” Bobby Eaton has been hospitalized due to heart-related issues, according to an update posted on Jim Cornette’s Twitter account.

Cornette took to Twitter to correct false reports about Eaton suffering a heart attack. Cornette says he did not have a heart attack but had congestive heart failure and fluid buildup in his chest and legs, thus causing his heart to work harder.

Eaton is considered one of the greatest tag team wrestlers of all-time and one of the nicest guys ever in the wrestling business.

Eaton has had a history of heart issues in recent years and some reports stated that Eaton suffered a heart attack but that is not the case.

According to Eaton’s Midnight Express manager Jim Cornette, Eaton was hospitalised with congestive heart failure and fluid build up in his chest and legs which caused his heart to work harder.

Cornette also noted that Eaton’s situation is improving after being treated with medication and diuretics. Thankfully, his pacemaker is working fine.

Eaton’s wife Donna has also stated that Eaton is okay and is recovering.
