WWE official statement reads that former WWE Women’s Champion retired with pregnancy.

WWE had given their official statement earlier concerning the retirement of top diva from the company.

Report had that one of the best super diva in the company, retired from professional with CM Punk’s child in her womb. Lee’s retirement was seen as to safeguard the health of her unborn baby.

Here is an official statement put forward by the WWE regarding her retirement: “AJ Lee has officially retired from WWE. The wrestling company coming off of its biggest pay-per-view of the year, WrestleMania 31, issued the following statement, announcing former WWE Divas Champion Lee is leaving WWE and active in-ring competition: ‘BREAKING: AJ Lee (April Mendez) has decided to retire from in-ring competition with WWE. We wish AJ the very best.'”

AJ Lee may no longer be a Total Diva, but E! recently announced that their hit reality show Total Divas would be coming back for another season.

More so, it’s been years now the diva retired from WWE with her husband CM Punk but her name is still in the lips of all in the WWE Universe. Lee was indeed a good talent with the likes of Paige, Sasha Banks, Charlotte Flair and Nikki Bella.
