Three months ago, it was reported that Renee Young had an injury in her ankle while at SmackDown taping. It was noted yesterday that WWE.com published a gallery of photoshoot outtakes, one of which featured Renee doing stereo Superman punches with Roman Reigns.

The superman is quite a good move that everyone in the WWE wants to know about it but there are some basic things that need to be done and others that needs to be avoided.

Renee Young revealed that the action shot was the reason for her ankle sprain, noting that it’s not a good idea to do a Superman punch while wearing heels.
