Once upon a time in the history of the WWE, Finn Balor has been the first superstar who has won a huge title shortly after his main roster debut.

Finn Balor defeated Roman Reigns to qualify for the Universal championship title match against Seth Rollins. Finn Balor proved to the whole world that he is truly the champion he is known to be when he met and won Seth Rollins one on one. Finn Balor became the first ever WWE Universal champion.

The Match was so hot that even though Finn Balor sustained an injury during the match, he still continued until he won the title to himself. Unfortunately, Finn Balor had to relinquish the title on Monday Night RAW due to the fact that he had to undergo surgery. It was so painful anyway.

Finn gave up the Universal title and went on surgery which was successful and he was told that he would be off action for six months or thereabout. Hearing this news, fans were so disturbed and worried as it was an unfortunate thing to see their man in action and so suddenly, the missed him.

According to recent report by AllWrestlingNews.com, Balor is continually progressing very well in his rehab at Birmingham, Alabama under Dr. Jeffery Dugas and also at the WWE Performance Center.

The report said that Balor is very optimistic about his return and is waiting to get back into the Squared Circle as soon as possible. It seems almost set in stone that he will be back on time for Wrestlemania 33, but officials are hoping for his return to be sooner. Plans are been made already for his return. We hope he just recovers on time and returns to the ring full time.
