According to a report by The Asbury Park Press, the cause of the death of a former WWE and ECW star has been revealed and words would have it, he died of heart attack.

Balls Mahoney, real name Jonathan Rechner, actually passed away on April 12th of this year but the real cause of his death has been reported “uncertain,” unlike the death of former WWE Diva Chyna and a host of other stars who have passed away in the company lately.

However, the report from Monmouth County, NJ Prosecutor’s Office just reaching us reveals that the 44-year WWE former star passed away due to hypertensive and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, or a heart attack.

Hence, the Monmouth County law enforcement officials have ruled that the former professional wrestler Jon Rechner died a natural death.
“In other words, he had a heart attack,” Webster said.

The former Extreme Championship Wrestling star was survived by his mother Suzanne, devoted companion of 13 years Gayle and their son Christopher, who was Jonathan’s “pride and joy,” according to his obituary.
