It has just been revealed, the reason why WWE cancelled the character of WWE top diva having done all within her reach to succeed in her career.

Prowrestlingsheet.com reported that the Emmalina character was nixed after multiple rehearsals before Raw last night.

The diva has been away from the WWE due to an injury which appeared to be very critical. Emma suffered a ruptured disc in May of 2016 and had to have surgery to repair it. Debut vignettes for the Emmalina character started airing on October 3rd, 2016.

Pro Wrestling Sheet also made it clear that there were supposedly some pretty big plans for the character. However, after going through several rehearsals, WWE producers realized that Emma could not deliver on their vision for the character.

It was read earlier from multiple sources that the Emmalina character was supposed to be somewhat of a tribute to characters such as The Kat and Sable. Unfortunately for the future of the character, delays occurred when officials thought that Emma wasn’t fully committed to the role.

More so, WWE has decided to just allow Emma to go back to her evil heel character that she was playing before she left for surgery.
