The charges laid against Jimmy ‘Superfly’ Snuka was a third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter, and this has been a case ever since.

During prosecution, it was discovered that Jimmy ‘Superfly’ Snuka has become so dull to face the trial and charges labeled before him. According to his wife, Carole, Jimmy ‘Superfly’ Snuka suffers from dementia and his mental and physical health has dropped. Regarding to what the wife said, prosecutors got angry stating that Snuka has escaped the trial.

According to wrestlinginc.com, the prosecutors, this week has asked the court compel Snuka to go for a health treatment that will last for 60 days so as to prove that he is really mentally disturbed to face trial. This is because it is unlawful in America for a mentally disturbed person to face trial and this could set him free from the charges.
