WWE Pressured To Sign Nick Aldis

Published

on

Nick Aldis has been one of the NWA’s biggest names over the past few years and has enjoyed a lot of success there. His love for the business knows no bounds, but it doesn’t matter in the end. He eventually left the company and after a while joined Impact Wrestling. He also recently left Impact Wrestling. Now it looks like WWE has been asked to sign Nick Aldis. In April at Impact Rebellion, he returned to Impact Wrestling. He was previously known as Brutus Magnus as part of the British Invasion and even held the TNA world heavyweight championship.

WWE URGED TO SIGN NICK ALDIS

As previously reported, Nick Aldis splitted from Impact Wrestling after the Slammiversary event, where he lost to Alex Shelly.

While speaking on The Wrestling Time Machine podcast hosted by Mac Davis, WWE Hall Of Famer Teddy Long made it clear that he urges WWE to sign Nick Aldis as soon as possible.

“Well, I’ve always said that about Nick. Super nice guy. Love it, buddy. I’ve heard rumors that WWE might be interested in him, but I’m not sure. But hopefully someone there talks to him and he gets a break to go to WWE. And I think the places he went, NWA, they just wasted it. I worked with him; he’s definitely giving 100% in the ring. So hopefully he gets some rest.

WWE was also interested in Nick after he left Impact Wrestling. We’ll have to wait and see if Nick Aldis succeeds in Vince McMahon’s business, because there’s definitely a chance.
