WWE star Carmella has denied being a “homewrecker” as she broke her silence over her alleged affair with Corey Graves.

Wrestling commentator Graves was rumoured to be cheating on his wife with the SmackDown Live performer earlier this year.

The gossip escalated further when his wife posted a furious Instagram post accusing the pair of carrying on behind her back.

After the news emerged Carmella appeared at WWE’s Elimination Chamber where she was booed and faced chants of “Corey Graves” throughout her match.

Now the 31-year-old, real name Leah Van Dale, has denied breaking up the marriage during an appearance on the latest Bella Twins podcast.

She said: “Let me just say that I would never wreck someone’s home.

“That is not the life I’m about. Never in a million years would I do that.

“I don’t care how hot the guy or how in love I think I am, that absolutely did not happen.

“I did not wreck a home!”

“Why the f–k would [Corey’s wife] go on social media and put that out there?” Carmella lamented on camera. “I’m not kidding. This is not OK. I’m not OK right now. Literally, I’m getting death threats.” Was the pair’s relationship able to weather the storm?

It all began when Corey Graves ex wife,  Amy Polinksy claimed the 35-year-old was cheating on her with Carmella. “This may be totally below me to do but I’m hurt. I’m sad. I’ve put 11 years into supporting a man to accomplish his dream only for him to punch me in the gut!” she allegedly wrote.

“The kicker is finding out that he’s been sleeping with one of my daughters’ role models all [along]. Carmella and Corey Graves, I hope you guys are happy. I really do!”

It didn’t take long for Corey to deny his ex’s allegations. “The story that was making the rounds was not accurate,” he explained in an interview.

Corey Graves, 35, has also gone public this week over his and Carmella’s alleged relationship.

The colour-commentator told Lilian Garcia’s podcast: “The story that was making the rounds was not accurate.

“It was made out of anger and emotion and it wasn’t what it looked like. I had been out of the house and living on my own for quite some time before that whole situation.

“It was a sexy story that people went, ‘oh my God, let’s talk about what a piece of crap this guy is’.

“It was angry and emotional, and [we] apologised on both ends. It has moved forward.

“I really didn’t think that the divorce was any other’s business but my own, and those closest to me knew.”

He added: “My small group of friends and even a few beyond knew what I was going through for a long time even before the process started, but that is what I get [for] playing my cards close to the vest once the internet grabbed a hold of the story and ran with it.

“But it is what it is. It blew by. The storm is over. And everyone has moved on and it has been for the best.”

Carmella, who used to date former WWE grappler Big Cass, has also been linked with another big name in the past… none other than the legendary John Cena.

And while appearing on his ex-fiancé Nikki Bella’s podcast she also attempted to end speculation she and the 16-time champ had dated last year.

Carmella said: “That is the most insane rumour.

“It was when I had broken up with my ex and he had been seen out in a bar in Tampa, and they just assumed he was with me.”

Eight months after the scandal, the entertainers are still an item. After being forced to relive a dark period in their personal lives, the duo happily gushed about each other on social media.

“You are my home and adventure all at once,” Carmella captioned a photo of the twosome in Las Vegas. Next to his own pic of the pair, Corey commented, “‘My head keeps spinnin’…’” He also clapped back at haters, writing, “F&$@ a false narrative. What’s real is real.”

Earlier this year, the father of three admitted that he and Amy should have split up a while ago. “My wife and I had both agreed that because of having the kids it became the reason why we had stuck around longer than we should have,” he revealed.

Despite their major lifestyle change, Corey said his son and two daughters were adjusting well. “My kids, especially my oldest, had told me, ‘Dad, the amount of time we get to spend with you now is more quality time,’” he shared. “I think it allows me to be a much better father and dad than before.”
