WWE To Make Big Changes To Main Roster’s Commentary Setup

Published

on

WWE broadcasts five hours of main roster television each week, and a commentary team helps paint a picture of what fans see in the ring. Since it is 2024, some changes will be necessary.

WWE is undergoing major changes with the departure of Kevin Dunn. There are also likely to be further changes to the commentators.

PW Insider noted that rumors were circulating around WWE that the company would once again change the composition of its commentary team.
From now on, only two teams will participate in each main roster show.

The word making the rounds in WWE is that starting in the new year, the announce teams will all consist of two men booths.

It was also noted, “That means that Michael Cole’s time on Smackdown ended last month.” Will have to see what happens with the company’s commentary team set-up now.”

Corey Graves and Kevin Patrick may now have the blue tag all to themselves.

Only time will tell what Michael Cole does next, but it doesn’t seem like he’ll be leaving WWE.

It’s possible that he might get a full-time job outside of WWE Television, but that remains to be seen.
