WWE To Move Tyler Bate To Main Roster
According to an update from Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there has been discussion within WWE creative circles regarding the possibility of former NXT UK Champion Tyler Bate moving to Raw or SmackDown.
Meltzer expressed optimism about Tyler Bate’s future under Triple H’s leadership, saying:
“There has at least been talk of Bate going to the main roster. His size isn’t particularly right for that,
but the size thing isn’t as big a deal now with Vince McMahon out of the picture and Paul Levesque being more open-minded as to who can be a top star.”
Tyler Bate made his WWE debut in early 2017 and made history by winning the United Kingdom Championship Tournament and the WWE (NXT) United Kingdom Championship at the young age of 19.
Interestingly, Tyler Bates’ former WWE rival and teammate Pete Dunne (formerly known as Butch) is currently competing under the SmackDown brand.

It’s worth noting that their paths crossed in NXT when Bate and Butch competed in September and teamed up in October when Bate became an honorary member of the Brawling Brutes.
If this connection comes to fruition, this connection could play a role in Bate’s main roster move.
