Adam Pearce Receives Strange Letter from NXT Superstar

The December 18th episode of WWE RAW contained a very interesting segment.

J.D. McDonagh lost to R-Truth at Miracle Street Fight 34, and his appearance at Judgment Day was in doubt, but now NXT newcomer Luca Cruscifino will be joining the fight.

Adam Pearce received a post about X from Luca Cruscifino, a co-conspirator with his lawyer. He will now be represented by JD McDonough.

J.D. McDonough’s Judgment Day situation and the miraculous outcome of the Battle of 34th Street now appear to be a matter of legal ramifications.

The letter sent out to Adam Pearce stated that, “Please be advised that The Crusifino Law Firm has been formally retained to represent the legal interests of WWE Superstar Mr. JD McDonagh.”

It turns out that JD wasn’t there on Judgment Day, but R-Truth is now.

Damien Priest later explained that JD had not left the stable yet.

That being said, R-Truth’s situation is completely different. It is also controversial.
