Andrade El Idolo Opens Up On His Exit From AEW

Andrade El Idro has officially parted ways with AEW, sharing a heartfelt message about his departure on Twitter/X.

In his statement, he thanked the company and paid special tribute to Tony Khan. He also said goodbye to his fellow talent, security, cameramen, referees, and everyone who contributed to his time in AEW.

Andrade specifically gave a shout-out to a couple of names including Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks, Taz, Tony Schiavone, Aubrey Edwards, Jerry Lynn, Will Hobbs, Hook, Eddie Kingston, Ricky Starks, Orange Cassidy, Thunder Rosa, Jack Perry (Jungle Boy), Austin Gunn, Kolten Gunn, Sonjay Dutt and a few more.

Andrade fondly recalled his experiences in the ring with notable wrestlers such as Sting, PAC, Darby Allin, Jeff Hardy (Garcia), and Jay Lethal.

Andrade has expressed a desire to face wrestlers such as Jon Moxley, Hangman Page, Hobbs, Ricky Starks, Dante Martin, Brian Cage, and Dustin Rhodes during his time in AEW.

Andrade concluded his message by thanking AEW and thanking the fans for their unwavering support.

He wished the company and its fans good luck in the future.

I want to thank you for this time that I belonged to the company @aew and above all to Tony khan I also want to say goodbye to all the talent, security people, cameramen,

referees and everyone who works in the company for being part of my time in AEW. kenny, young bucks, tazz, Shiavone, Aubrey, Jerry, Hobbs, hook, Kingston, Ricky, Orange,thunder, jack Perry,

Austin, Colten, Sonjay and many more that I can name, also how to forget all the Mexicans (todo el relajo) | enjoyed sharing the ring with STING, PAC, Darby, García, Jay and many more.

I would have loved to face MOX, Page, Hobbs, Ricky, Dante, Cage, Dustin.

As previously reported, Andrade is expected to make a return to WWE, returning to the company where he had achieved high profile and success before joining AEW.
