Austin Theory Claims He’s Bigger Than Seth Rollins

Austin Theory continues to build his reputation as one of WWE’s rising stars, proving his skills on television week after week.

After winning the U.S. Championships, Theory had high hopes of becoming a big star.

Now, Theory seems to be claiming himself to be a bigger mainstay than Seth Rollins.

The American champion defeated John
Cena at WrestleMania 39 earlier this year, shocking fans who believed Theory could never win.

Austin Theory boasted the longest tenure in WWE history as United States Champion, but it all ended when he lost to Rey Mysterio earlier this month.

Speaking with Corey Graves and Kevin Patrick on the WWE podcast After the Bell, Austin Theory hit back at his critics, claiming he was more of a workaholic than Seth Rollins.

“Seth Rollins? That’s a funny one too, calling him the workhorse, but look at how many times I defended the United States Championship.

Look up how many matches Austin Theory has had in 2023.”

Theory will go down in history as one of the longest-reigning U.S. champions, holding the U.S title for 258 days.

We’ll see if he asks for a rematch clause with Rey Mysterio in the near future.
