Booker T’s Nxt Contract Expires Soon

WWE is focusing more on its NXT brand and has big plans for the future. The brand is running at full speed right now and Booker T is in the game.

The time on the NXT commentary table board may well be running out.

Booker T talked about NXT on his Hall of Fame podcast, where he had some great things to say about the brand.

He predicts that NXT could start to draw 1 million weekly viewers, and he seems excited about the brand’s possibilities.

Next, Booker T dropped a very interesting summary of NXT’s performance. He revealed that his current NXT contract is active, but he did not say if he plans to sign again.

Booker T co-host Brad Gilmore emotional revealed that the five-time world champion has been at NXT for about a year.

To this, Booker replied, “Didn’t you hear what I said? Contracts coming, you know. This was followed by a loud laugh and a sip of water.

WWE might want to keep Booker T around, so that laugh could be due to the two-time WWE Hall of Famer getting big pay raise this time around.

Only time will tell what will happen, as WWE recently changed their RAW and SmackDown announcement team.
