Recently boxing has turned attention to New Zealand where the heavyweight boxer Joseph Parker was praised by heavyweight world champion boxer Tyson Fury.

Fury who was training in Belgium preparing ahead of his IBF Heavyweight Title Eliminator against Carlos Takam in Auckland took time out to promote the New Zealand WBO Oriental and WBC OPBF regional heavyweight titleholder this was unusual of him as he is use to demeaning other boxers.

Fury Said “I like what I see with Joseph, He’s a really nice guy, I speak to him a lot on the internet, on Twitter, give him advice and that, and he takes it on board”.
Talking about the two’s fight, he said Parker can actually use his height and weight, angles to out box Takam for Him to get experience to move to move to some new level giving him a edge for IBF which is not certain yet until January Next year.

Fury added that parker needs to get some more good fights while he awaits his opportunity to fight a major challenger, he is a tough ambitious that is clear on him “I wish him well”
Parker has successfully won 18 of his bouts, 16 was knock-out victories in his professional boxing career and something is certain here if Parker should defeat Takam he will be a contender for IBF world heavyweight title currently in charge of Anthony Joshua of Britain.
