This implied that Brook would make the third defence of his crown against Canada’s Bizier (25-2-KO17), who stopped Fredrick Lawson in 10 rounds in a title eliminator in November.

Brook said via social media: “I need to do some damage!”

According to report, The Sheffield fighter (35-0-KO24) and Argentine Diego Chaves ought to have clashed since last year’s October but up until now, that fight is yet to take place due to injury sustained during infighting that forced Brook take time off.

Also worthy to note is that, the two defeats Bizier has recorded lately came from Jo Jo Dan – the Canada-based Romanian who was destroyed by Brook in four rounds in his first (and also mandatory) defence.

And if you are one of those curious to know the last time Brook was last seen in action, then here’s the answer. Brook was last in action on May 30, 2015, where he faced and beat Frankie Gavin inside six rounds. For the later half of 2015, Brook was exchanging words, flinging insults and threats with long-time rival Khan, who did just an action throughout 2015.
