According to wrestlinginc.com, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Mark Wahlberg were sued in December for one of the top shows.
The report detailed that the suit was filed by Everette Silas and Sherri Littleton who claimed that the general idea of the hit show, Ballers lifts elements from a project they had titled “Off Season” in 2007.
They went a step further and alleged that HBO had access to copies of their screenplay.

Hence The Wrap revealed that, an amended complaint filed in federal court in California this week has a $200 million amount for damages.
