Eonline.com has just reported that WWE longest reigning Divas Champion is on the verge of quitting her wrestling career following a neck injury she sustained late last year.

Stephanie Nicole Garcia-Colace or Nikki Bella had an interview with the news outlet where she revealed that her neck surgery has been scheduled for this week, precisely on Wednesday and that might lead to her reigning from pro wrestling if the operation goes the other way.

“I have basically a broken neck, a pretty bad herniated disk,” Nikki told E!. “What makes mine a little bit difficult than most people is that I have some disk behind my vertebrae so with a lot of prayers we’re gonna pray that the doctors can get the piece behind my vertebrae with just a bone fusion.”

According to the report, the whole operation stuff will last two hours but she would remain in the hospital bed for several days to ensure proper monitoring.

“There is a potential that this is career-ending,” Nikki said. “We will only know that when I get out of surgery on Wednesday and then basically how the bone heals Wednesday. So that’s been tough but I truly have such hope that I will get to compete in that ring another day, I really do.”

Earlier there were arguments as to what caused her injury and Nikki said, she thinks her “Rack Attack” finisher helped contribute to the injury, and that nothing ever would make her use that move again.
“In six months time is when I will get that final X-ray to be like, ‘Hey look you can get back in that ring and kick some ass,” Nikki said.

There have been several sides to Nikki’s injury story; while some believe its part of WWE storyline, others believe that the injury is genuine. In any case, let’s see how it goes with her while we wish her a successful surgical operation.
