Buff BagWell On The Road To Recovery

Published

on

After making a name for himself in WCW, Buff Bagwell moved to WWE, but he wasn’t involved much in WWE.

Unfortunately, he’s known as for his demon, especially when it comes to stuffs like substance abuse. Now, Bagwell seems to have been doing pretty well as long as he was sober.

WWE also has a policy of helping former talents complete rehab if necessary. Buff Bagwell also had a substance abuse problem. However, Bagwell previously said WWE denied his rehab request.

Buff Bagwell was arrested for speeding and driving while intoxicated, leaving his fans worried. Bagwell said his arrest stemmed from a crime committed years ago.

In a speech on The Snake Pit podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Jake Roberts discussed Buff Bagwell’s recent condition.

Roberts said he’s doing pretty well and staying sober.

“He’s doing pretty well, man. He’s hanging and banging, and he’s staying clean, staying sober.

And he’s taking care of some court stuff, some of the stuff that helped get you there.

When you’re a bad boy, you gotta suffer the consequences, and he’s taking care of those consequences now.

He’s not b****ing about it, he’s just doing it.”

Also, Buff Bagwell has been sober for almost a year, definitely staying on the right track, and a definite source of inspiration for those who find themselves in similar situations.
