As his trial continues with the CCT, the Senate President still in the dark as he never know to which part would his case fall, but in some weeks ahead the story might move to the epilogue.

The formal Krawa State Governor challenged the Code of Conduct Tribunal on his trial for Initial false assets declaration, seeking for the help of the Appeal Court to dismiss the case.

Now, Appeal Court sitting in Abuja had disclosed May 31st as the day of Saraki’s hearing which will determine his fate if he will continue his position as the Senate President or another story will sets in.

Meanwhile, Federal Government also had filled a cross-appeal against the March 24, ruling of the CCT. Therefore Saraki would be facing all these on Monday 31 in agreement with his lawyers request for 14 days adjournment.

As earlier reported,The Federal Government had cancelled the request made by Saraki’s counsel in dismissing the case and he was told to accept his fate on the outcome.
