Dominik Mysterio Accuses Rey Mysterio Of Trying To Overshadow Him

Rey Mysterio is a true veteran of the professional wrestling world and his influence on the industry is undeniable.

He has contributed a lot to the company and won numerous titles over the years.

He won the U.S Championship, but Dominic Mysterio apparently accused him of wanting to overshadow him with the U.S. Championship victory.

Rey Mysterio fought Austin Theory for the title earlier this month. LWO celebrated as the 619 champion overcame all odds to defeat Theory and become the new US Champion.

During an appearance on The Bump, Domink Mysterio was asked if he was proud of Rey winning the US title.

Instead, Mysterio accused his father of trying to Overshadow him up by winning the U.S. Championship.

Not at all. I think it’s kind of sad that he feels the need to win a title to try and overshadow what I’m doing.

But it doesn’t matter because he’s the United States Champion.

I’m the champion of all of North America, which includes the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

I’m pretty sure I’m the only North American champion that’s ever actually taken this title to Canada, Mexico and the US.

But I think it’s kind of sad that my dad feels the need to try and overshadow me with his singles title but whatever, he’s a deadbeat.”

Dominic Mysterio will return to NXT next week to guest referee the singles match between Mustafa Ali and Dragon Lee.

The winner will face Dirty Dom on October 1 at the NXT No Mercy Special. Let’s see who will end up challenging Mysterio for the title.
