Drew McIntyre Admits CM Punk’s A Controversial Personality

CM Punk has never failed to cut ties with many of the companies he has worked with, as controversy has always followed him every step of the way.

He was fired from AEW last week after several incidents and now rumors suggest he wants to return to WWE.

well It looks like Drew McIntyre recently admitted that CM Punk is controversial amid rumors of his return to WWE.

Ringside News exclusively reported that CM Punk tried his best to return to WWE when he was on the WWE Backstage show a few years ago.

Other reports suggested he was interested in returning to WWE before returning to AEW earlier this year.

While speaking with Sportskeeda Wrestling’s Riju Dasgupta, Drew McIntyre was asked about CM Punk’s return to WWE.

McIntyre simply stated that CM Punk was controversial and got people talking and said nothing more.

“I mean, I don’t make those decisions. I watch what I say in interviews.

But he’s (CM Punk) certainly controversial and he gets people talking. So, I’ll leave it at that.”
