Drew McIntyre Offers An Apology To Xavier Woods

Drew McIntyre is one of the most established WWE superstars of the last decade, having won the WWE Championship twice.

He returned to RAW as a regular superstar, but ended up hitting Xavier Woods with a chair.

Now, he appears to have apologized to Woods for his actions.

As seen on Monday Night RAW this week, New Day took on the Viking Raiders with McIntyre at ringside.

Drew McIntyre was furious when Ivor Kingston threw a shot at him, resulting in McIntyre throwing a chair in Xavier Woods’ face.

WWE announced that a New Day member suffered a “cervical pull” and would be reclassified “on a weekly basis.”

Woods took to Twitter, where he proclaimed he was fine and uploaded a hilarious cut of the chair being thrown at his face.

McIntyre replied to Woods with a GIF of South Park, in which Woods said the words “I’m sorry.”

We’ll have to wait and see if this angle will eventually lead Drew McIntyre to give up for the first time in years.

Because for all we know, fans will definitely continue to invest in him again.
