Dr Leo Nkameme who is a member of the national management/ reconciliation committee of the Independent Petroleum Markers Association of Nigeria,IPMAN also created by the government advice President Muhammadu Buhari to immediately investigate the Petroleum Products Management Company PPMC for alleged fraud.

The current National organizing secretary of IPMAN while was speaking said that the organization had sabotaged and even the petroleum ministry headed by Buhari himself.

While he was speaking he laid the blame on the PPMC officers of redirecting the fuel from NNPC depots to some place that it shouldn’t be dispensed.

He said, “The president should probe the PPMC because a good number of the officers there are sabotaging the ministry which incidentally is under Buhari” He concluded that the officers prefer to sell to where it will be sold in premium and more money would be made into their own private pockets and not considering the masses.
