The super talented WWE star has been sent off the ring for some time now as a result of the severe injury sustained and this has being a major source of worry for many of his fans as they cannot wait Strowman to be fully back on the ring.

He is expected to return anytime soon because he has been booked to face Brock Lesnar in a Universal Title match. As much as the anticipation is high from his fans, many feared the said contract may not see the light of the day due to the elbow injury that requires surgery.

All eyes are now on the WWE on whether they will have Strowman replaced with Roman Reigns alongside The Big Dog to do the fatal five-way at Extreme Rules to determine the leading contender.

The media gave the report of his possible return earlier than the initial time frame given by the doctors (Six months). Dave Meltzer was the first person to gave the hint on his quick return with so much agitation for Strowman’s return in claiming his mandate in a fight to finish with Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam. In terms of his return, he could be back as soon as mid-July.

For now, preparations might begin in the next few weeks building up towards WWE Great Balls of Fire, with the company set to see the emergence of new contender for the Universal Championship at Extreme Rules.

There’s a good chance that Strowman could return by attacking Lesnar at one of these events, however, it seems more likely that the build to their bout will take place on an episode of Raw. He could be back earlier than expected from his elbow injury.
